Mission Statement of the Pueblo Holistic Health & Living Fair:
First and Foremost, to be of Service to the Community.
Provide a venue and opportunity to explore what the holistic community has to offer.
Be informative, entertaining and educational.
To provide quality services and vendors in a loving, uplifting and peaceful environment.
Provide an oasis from the chaos and pressure of the “everyday” world where individuals can get personalized attention and service.
Brief History of the Fair:
The fair began at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Pueblo. It had 13 participants at its first event in May of 2000. It took off instantaneously and was relocated to Pueblo Community College to better accommodate the public's response, and its growth to over 65 participants.
It grew and thrived at PCC until it outgrew the community college and was relocated to the Colorado State University-Pueblo in November of 2004 where it now accommodated 100 participants/vendors.
The fair has adjusted and readjusted to find its niche in the community, and now after several years has become an integral part of the Southern Colorado community as a bi-annual event.
It is constantly changing to meet the needs of the community and has graduated into an exclusive event unlike any other holistic or metaphysical event on the circuit. It has refined its participant base and now offers the best of the best and limits its participant base to 65 or 70 participants, believing that quality is better than quantity.
The Pueblo Holistic Health & Living Fair is devoted to serving the community and presenting options where people can explore the possibilities with individualized attention, fun, and joy.
